Lydia is an amazing teacher! Next to that she also has a very kind and happy personality, which makes all of the... classes fun and comfortable. She has taught me so much and you can notice in her work that she’s very passionate about this language. Her lesson materials (which she has constructed herself) are very nice to work with and very clear to study from. She is always available for further questions and explains very clearly. With her classes I’ve made great progress and I look forward to all of our classes yet to come! :)read more

All... materials are provided in a very convenient way, and the lessons with Lydia are covering a lot of topics and always bringing something new. I’m really enjoying my lessons with Lydia. Using Zoom is almost as good as being in the same room. What I like is... the variety of methods she uses As well as the language I’m learning about the culture and the occasional bit of history. Lydia sends me a download of the written/oral work done in the lesson as well as homework so there is the ability to have a hard copy should that help. She also puts the vocabulary onto Quizlet so there is the opportunity to practice when I have a few minutes using my phone. I’ve been having weekly lessons since July, two actually in Athens, where my daughter lives, and the rest on line. Apart from knowing the Greek alphabet I was a beginner. I’m looking forward to being able to ask for things in shops an restaurants in Greek rather than in English or pointing! Highly recommended.read more

Lydia is kind, patient, innovative, and extremely knowledgeable. Despite our age difference (she is 16 years younger... than I am), I was and continue to be very comfortable working with her.
